IT Help Desk

The听IT Help Desk provides a central point of contact for students, patients, physicians, faculty, academic staff, medical staff, administrative staff and university administrators for questions, issue resolution, service requests and informational inquires for all university supported systems.

The听IT Help Desk听provides 24x7 phone support.听 During the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday any telephone call will be answered by听an IT Help Desk听representative.听 During all other hours,听IT Help Desk representatives will answer calls in the order that they are received.
