Program Description
Recreation therapy is a four-year program. In the first two years of the program, students complete prerequisites and introductory recreation therapy courses.
During the sophomore year, students apply for admittance into the two-year 鈥減rofessional sequence鈥� of the program. Admission is competitive.听In this portion of the program, you complete upper-level recreation therapy classes and gain professional clinical experience through fieldwork and internship. Fieldwork and Internship experiences are available all over the country. 聽
You can earn a聽bachelor鈥檚 degree in recreation therapy with 兔子先生传媒文化作品 entirely online, starting your freshman year. Or if you鈥檝e already begun course work for a bachelor鈥檚 degree or have an associate鈥檚 degree in a related field, you also may be able to聽complete your degree聽in our recreation therapy program.
