Divisions: Adolescent Medicine

Dr. Michele Dritz leads the Adolescent Medicine curriculum for our Pediatric Residency Program.听听She received her medical degree at Albany Medical College in upstate New York and her Pediatric training at St. Louis Children鈥檚 Hospital/Washington University in Missouri.听听She completed her Adolescent Medicine fellowship training at Cincinnati Children鈥檚 Hospital Medical Center along with additional training in healthcare quality improvement.听听Following fellowship, she practiced for 5 years as a civilian provider at Wright-Patterson AFB in their Adolescent Medicine Clinic.听听Dr. Dritz is board certified in Adolescent Medicine and practices at Cornerstone Pediatrics in Miamisburg, Ohio (near Dayton).听听She joined our UT Pediatric faculty in the fall, 2018.听听

Regular Adolescent Medicine 鈥淎sk the Doc鈥 sessions are held with Dr. Dritz during pediatric continuity clinic.听听This is a time for residents to bring adolescent cases and ask for assistance with adolescent care which will help improve care to our adolescent patients in clinic.听听Dr. Dritz also participates in lectures and our Pediatric Grand Rounds series.听听
