Dr. Ames is an Associate Professor in the School of Population Health and serves as the Program Director of the ABET accredited Master of Science in Occupational Health - Industrial Hygiene (MSOH-IH) program. She is certified in the comprehensive practice of industrial hygiene and has past consulting experience in environmental and occupational health. Her areas of interest include assessment and control of exposures in occupational and environmental settings, and spatial science.
